The shipped Qt/PySide binaries are not statically linked into the application executable. - The PySide6/Qt runtime components are shipped separately in the installation tree and are intended to remain replaceable by an interface-compatible build of the same covered libraries. Other notable third-party components - pygame-ce / SDL - speedtest-cli - pypdfium2 / PDFium for PDF previews in Datei Explorer - Paramiko (SSH client library, LGPL-2.1) - cryptography - bcrypt - PyNaCl - invoke - cffi - requests / urllib3 / certifi - psutil - PyInstaller - Inno Setup Remote terminal / SSH note - The built-in SSH terminal uses Paramiko as an SSH client implementation. Paramiko is licensed under the GNU LGPL version 2.1. Its package metadata and license text are included in the packaged application under: _internal\paramiko-5.0.0.dist-info\ - Paramiko depends on additional open-source packages such as cryptography, bcrypt, PyNaCl, invoke, and cffi. Their package metadata and license files are included in the packaged application when shipped by the package. - The application does not grant permission to access third-party systems. Users must only connect to servers, accounts, and networks where they are authorized to do so. PDF preview note - The Datei Explorer uses pypdfium2 as a Python binding around PDFium for internal PDF page previews. - PyMuPDF / fitz is intentionally not used by the Datei Explorer preview path. - pypdfium2 package metadata and bundled license information should be included in the packaged application under _internal\pypdfium2-...dist-info\ and _internal\pypdfium2_raw-...dist-info\ when present. - PDFium and its bundled third-party components remain subject to their own BSD/Apache-style notices and license terms. Third-party data, brands, and media services - RAWG Video Games Database / RAWG API may be used as a fallback source for game metadata, release information, screenshots, store references, or cover images when local, Steam, Cloudflare/R2, or other configured sources do not provide a usable result. - RAWG is available at: https://rawg.io/ - Falcoran Control Center is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or certified by RAWG. RAWG data and media are third-party content and may include names, trademarks, artwork, screenshots, covers, or links that belong to RAWG, game publishers, studios, platform operators, or other rights holders. - If RAWG data or RAWG-derived images are displayed, RAWG should be identified as a possible source and linked back where practical. The in-app "AGB & Lizenzen" page includes a visible RAWG attribution and backlink. - Use of the RAWG API, including API keys, request limits, plans, caching, commercial use, and redistribution, remains subject to the then-current RAWG API terms and documentation. Public or commercial distribution should be reviewed against those terms before release. - RAWG information is provided as third-party data and can be incomplete, outdated, unavailable, incorrectly matched, or subject to change. Store pages, publishers, platforms, and original rights holders remain the authoritative source for purchases, dates, availability, prices, and rights. Additional dependency license files may also appear in the packaged distribution under _internal\...dist-info\licenses\ when those packages ship their own bundled metadata. No warranty - Third-party components remain subject to their own license terms. - This notice file is informational and does not replace legal advice.
